At-Will Employment

The relationship between you and the All Inclusive Home Care, LLC is referred to as "employment at will." This means that your employment can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by you or the All Inclusive Home Care, LLC. No representative of All Inclusive Home Care, LLC has authority to enter into any agreement contrary to the foregoing "employment at will" relationship. You understand that your employment is "at will."

By signing the applicant agrees and understands the following may apply:

• Criminal history check, EMR, NAR are required.
• Random drug test maybe requested. If hired
• All required training administered by All Inclusive Home Care, LLC or State must be completed within time frame required.
